Since 1963, The Oso Fire Department has been committed to be ready when an emergency need arises. Our personnel are trained, dedicated, and well-resourced to respond. We are an all-hazards fire district meaning that we respond to fires, wildland fires, emergency medical calls, trail rescues, water rescues, motor vechicle collisions, and more.
In 2022, volunteers responded to 252 incidents, our busiest year yet! Like most fire departments that provide EMS, most of our calls were medical emergencies.
